Val Gardena is made up of three towns, Ortisei, S. Cristina and Selva.
Val Gardena ranges from 1200 to 1700 meters above sea level, with Ortisei at 1236m, S. Cristina at 1428m and Selva Gardena at 1563m. The alpine meadows and ski runs rise up to 2518m and the mountain peaks up to 3181m.
